Company Info 

Vinoteca is an Italian restaurant, with Italian staff but above all 100% Italian products. "made in Italy". Located in Leichhardt, the little Italy of Australia.

The manager Enzo (Enzuccio to his friends), from Naples, moved to Australia 40 years ago with his family because his father wanted him and his two brothers learned English. The idea was to stay only a few years, but with the marriages of siblings the family decided to remain united. And so, as a lover of the kitchen, in 1978 Enzo opened his first restaurant here in Sydney, working mainly as a chef.

Vinoteca is his latest "creation". With the help of his brother Raphael, and the collaboration with the Naples Food and Wine (import company still owned by them), the establishment has officially opened July 4, 2012.

 The restaurant is on two floors, with many of bottles of wine! All exclusively from Italy.

Passing between the bottles on one side and the kitchen on the other hand you get to the garden area. But it is upstairs, in the section called "dining room" that most of the regulars asked to dine. In fact, the atmosphere is more relaxed and comfortable: comfortable sofas, large tables and a fireplace!

But let's get to the interesting part: the food. La Vinoteca born as a wine bar. So after choosing a good glass of good Italian wine, you can order appetizers of any kind, from sausages to fry with broccoli (typical dish of Neapolitan cuisine), from cheese to ham (which already included the Parma ham DOC) as well as many other homegrown delicacies.

Since the products are imported directly from the Enzo and family, the prices are relatively low.
